CONSTITUTION OF THE LIVING ARROW

1. Name The name of the group shall be: The Living Arrow.

2. Charitable Objects (The Aims) The aims of the group shall be to carry out the following activities for the public benefit in LONDON BOROUGH OF CAMDEN: (a) To relieve loneliness and social isolation amongst the elderly, particularly those living with dementia, through befriending schemes, home visits, and digital connection support. (b) To advance the education of the public in the subject of social care, by providing training and workshops for family carers and volunteers. (c) To promote social inclusion by creating intergenerational spaces where younger people and older residents can connect and share skills.

3. Powers To achieve these aims, the group has the power to: (a) Raise funds, receive grants, and accept donations. (b) Recruit and train volunteers. (c) Organise community events and workshops. (d) Collaborate with local councils, housing associations, and other charities.

4. Management (a) The group shall be managed by a Management Committee of not less than 3 members. (b) The Officers shall be: * Chairperson: MOHAMMAD KHAN * Secretary: ELIZABETH BOLLAN *Treasurer: SAJU AHMED  (c) Decisions will be made by a simple majority vote.

5. Finance (a) Any money obtained shall be used only for the group’s objectives. (b) A bank account will be opened in the name of the group. (c) Any cheques or withdrawals must be authorised by at least two committee members.

6. Dissolution If the group closes, any remaining assets must be passed to another charitable organisation with similar aims.
